In just a few days, Winterthur will become the vibrant center of the green economy movement. From September 5 to 7, 2023, over 2,000 participants are expected to gather at the renowned Swiss Green Economy Symposium (SGES). This eleventh edition of the event promises to be a vibrant platform for inspiration, networking and urgent discourse on sustainable and innovative economic solutions.
Since its foundation in 2013, the SGES has dedicated itself to the mission of using concrete examples to illustrate how business, politics, science and NGOs can work together to promote greater prosperity, environmental protection and peaceful coexistence. A broad program of innovation exhibitions, keynote speeches and in-depth innovation forums offers participants numerous opportunities for exchange and learning.
This year, a special focus will be placed on the role of business in sustainable development in line with the UN 2030 Agenda. The symposium sees itself as a neutral platform that advocates integrative sustainability that brings benefits for the economy, society and the environment.
