A special moment for Evodrop
From March 3 to 6, 2025, the Aquatech trade fair took place in Amsterdam - the international meeting place for water technology and water management professionals. It was an unforgettable event for us at Evodrop: we received the Aquatech Innovation Award 2025 in the Green Chemicals for Water Technology category!
EVOdescale: Revolutionary descaling with malic acid complex
Our EVOdescale, which is based on a malic acid complex developed and patented by us, won the award. This natural complex reliably removes limescale deposits without harming technology or the environment. Valuable minerals such as calcium and magnesium are retained in the water - a decisive advantage over conventional systems, because unlike inoculation crystals, magnets or swirlers, the limescale is completely removed from the water. The descaling process was tested in the German accredited DVGW laboratory and awarded the top mark of 1.
EVOdescale also works completely without salt, electricity or waste water and represents a new generation of environmentally friendly water care.
Inspiration and exchange at the trade fair
In addition to the award ceremony, the trade fair gave us the opportunity to hold many exciting discussions, make new international contacts and take an inspiring look into the future of water technology. The positive feedback from experts from all over the world shows us that with EVOdescale we offer an alternative on the market to the usual salt systems which is more effective, more environmentally friendly and even cheaper.
An outlook for the future of water
