Formation of lime
Water contains various oxides and ions of minerals in unbound form.
Pressure, heating or stagnation cause these substances to bind and stubborn limescale is formed.
Limescale protection with Evodrop
The stubborn lime bonds flow into the Evodrop system, where the granular malic acid is located.
The limescale is dissolved thanks to the malic acid. Unlike with swirlers or magnets, there is no more limescale in the water.
After Evodrop, limescale can no longer form and settle despite pressure in the pipe, heating in the boiler and stagnation.
