A still unknown liquid polluted the Wuppenauerbach stream on Saturday and, via this, the Zuzwil village stream. Hundreds of brown trout died over a stretch of four kilometers. The Thurf fishermen, who raise fry in the village stream, were lucky: The water was recently fished out.
