Major corporation poisons Lake Constance with banned chemical

Almost three tons of toxic extinguishing foam have flowed into Lake Constance from the premises of the Australian packaging company Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG in Goldach. The company initially tried to conceal the incidents. Now the public prosecutor's office has sentenced it to a fine of CHF 5,000 and a compensation claim of CHF 28,000.
