Drought alert on the River Po: Northern Italy wants to restrict drinking water at night

The situation in Lombardy and Piedmont is dramatic: the water is running out in the river's catchment area. Now the night-time drinking water supply is to be cut off in 125 municipalities in the Po Valley.
