After it became known that almost three tons of toxic extinguishing foam had been released into Lake Constance, WWF St.Gallen carried out its own calculations. It came to the conclusion that drinking water and safe fish consumption could be at risk. The canton has given the all-clear for drinking water. For fish, the answer is contradictory.
